Evidence and a roadmap

Show what is documented, what is untested and what should be built next.

Show what is documented, what is untested and what should be built next. A roadmap is a list of gaps and proposed next work. It is not a result, and it is not evidence that the next work has started.

Four kinds of record

  • An instruction

A responsible person asked for something. The ask is not proof the thing was done.

  • A design proposal

A method or a page has been written. These lessons are design proposals.

  • An observed result

Something was run and the outcome was recorded, including failures. This site does not contain one.

  • An unchecked account

Someone reported a status that has not been reviewed against a source. A report is not an observation.

General teaching should carry the method without carrying private work. Use invented exercises, and label them as invented. Do not treat them as a customer's outcome. An internal demonstration is not customer proof.

What this draft itself is

  • Documented: these explanations, the draft catalogue, and the statement that no offer is approved.
  • Not shown: a test of role coordination, enforcement of an approval, a scheduled run, a repeated setup for a customer, or demand from a buyer.
  • Not claimed: a production integration, a measured outcome, or a public brand.

Before anyone described a performance claim, there would need to be a defined check, an observed result, and a review of that result. This page does not start that work.

An internal demonstration is not customer proof. This lesson has not been run as a customer job.
